My boyfriend's practice
 | On thursday my dad called to tell me that his lens fell (again). He just had surgery on his eye and it looked like he was going to have another one.
since he couldn't drive anywhere i offered to come over and make him some dinner (morm and samshrew were headed to LA to pick up bao, so they were out). so after work i headed to the store and picked up stuff for a large salad and also some bbq porkins. we talked for a while and ate a big salad, i couldn't stay too long though, i had to go to girl band. |
so a little before 9 i headed over to the loft. summer's out of town, but we've decided to practice while we have the space anyway. it went okay, i think everyone's energy level was a bit down, but we came up with a few good licks anyway.
at one point, katy stepped out for a pee break half way thru and niki, camille and i "jammed" (i hate that word) on a song about her going pee. once katy came back we kept going, and strangely the song came out really nice sounding. sadly, i have such a bad memory and i don't know if i'll remember it next week...
oh, while we were at the loft, niki realized she could beam me photos. this is one of her cutiepie puppy heylove!
so cute!
