what is pocketpig?
i guess i would have to say it is my diary (only the text isn't as free as a diary might be)
supplemented with pictures i've drawn of my day.
do you draw everything you eat?
no. but i try to get in as much of the day as possible. when i first started it was just one or two things each day and not a lot
of commentary. but somewhere along the line it's evolved into some sort of diary and you get more talk than drawings.

i turned 24 on march 12.
where do you live?
i currently have no place i call home. my parents live in
sacramento.
do you have a

i don't have a home right now, but randall will give me my
mail.

section three: pocketpig technicalities
what kind of pda do you use?
right now i'm using a very sexy sony clie N710C (thanks to brianb).
what do you use to draw?
i just switched (for color reasons) to a program called tealpaint.
i used to use diddle.
how do you get them off of your pda?
tealpaint comes with tealpaint image manager that saves them as .bmp format (this is windows, but i believe
they have a program for the mac as well).
for diddle, i used a program called
diddleEx.
do you ever touch-up the drawings on
your computer?
the only thing i do is crop them. there have been a few that have been altered, but i always say so in the text if they have.
section four: misc
what happened to the requests?
they'll come back someday.
the problem was that i got too many too fast.
at first i was eating them all (and getting quite fat i might add!) and i
was also having a hard time choosing which ones to eat. (kind of like how
DOES sambrown of explodingdog decide which pictures to draw?) and i felt
like i was letting down the viewers so finally just yanked them down.
i have to rethink how i want to do go about the requests. if someone
thinks that it something i have to try, please feel free to send an email
and let me know. and i'll probably try it. i just couldn't go about eating
weird stuff all day.

randall?
if you haven't figured it out yet, he's the boyfriend character. he lives in santa cruz and works over the hill.
he told me that it was obvious that he was the inspiration for pocketpig.com.

scottel is the former study-buddy who became one of 3 european adventure pals who became a housemate who turned into
a co-worker. somewhere along the line i'd throw in that he's one of my best friends, even if he is a poo at times. he is moving to portland soon.
samshrew?
she's my brainiac kid-sister who goes to school in berkeley. she's cool though, even if she has bad taste in music and is a nerd. you'd like her.
