what in the hell is a farl?
at around 4:30am i woke up, neck completely stiff.
i'd fallen asleep on the couch and needed to get into bed.
but first i had to brush my teeth and wash my face.
unfortunately after that i couldn't get back to sleep.
it must've taken at least an hour.
eventually i did fall back asleep, and did i ever have some crazy dreams.
you know the kind that could be real, but you know they're not,
but when you wake up you wish they were,
and then later you're not so sure that they weren't?
i was having those kind of dreams.
when i woke up again, i had a soda farl with tomatoes.
and i still couldn't really tell you what a soda farl is...

center of the world
more webstyle guerilla marketing. this official site will tell you nothing about the film, but you can look around a strip club and

dazereader reviews center of the world
for those of you who want to know a bit more about the film. and then once you're done, check out dazereader's weblog. they claim it to be "a daily annotated sampling of sex-related articles from around the Internet."

center of the world
after breakfast i decided to go on a bike ride.
i wanted to see how long it would take to bike into work.
on a sunday with no traffic and no bag full of work crap,
it took about 15 minutes. i imagine it'll take at least 20 tomorrow.
when i got back, i went to delifrance for a mocha.
then i headed over to the arts cinema.
i had tickets for wayne wang's new film "center of the world."
which, i thought was a decent film, but could have been better.
the premise was interesting, the execution style-y, but overall...well...
it was better than okay, but not by much.
no one had wanted to come along with me,
and i think i'm glad for that...

waste of time
after the film i went home and did nothing.
i had all these things i was going to do,
but ended up doing none of them.
i lack this thing called motivation and drive.
one of these days it'll get fixed.
i ended up doing a really sad thing and spending over an hour on google.
it started by wanting to contact an old friend and so i looked her name up.
not finding any relevant information i started looking up other people.
i spent way too much time and after a while i got bored and had dinner.
for dinner i had pretend pizzas.
i took a soda farl, cut it in half, put tomato sauce and cheese on them,
then i stuck them in the oven until they were crispy.
then viola. just like pizza.
