where'd they go?
i woke up this morning at around 12:30.
no one was home.
i was pretty confused because bao didn't have school today,
and because i thought we were going to go do something.
after a while i realized why everyone was gone.
bao had to go to his friend's house for homework,
my dad took him there, and my mom was working.
a little while later my dad came home and we had ham sandwiches.
i also had a hard boiled egg.

god loves the drama
later in the afternoon i went downtown to take pictures of the drama.
they called me sort of late, and i knew that we'd miss optimal lighting.
but i went down there anyway.
we got a few neat pictures in their house, but nothing too amazing.
after the photoshoot we went to jamba juice and then to safeway.
i had the mango-a-go-go with lime sherbet instead.
chris didn't know you could do substitutes.
afterwards we went back to their house.
jess and joe went to get something to eat, chris and i stood outside talking.
we were still talking when they got back.
in fact, we were still talking a few hours later.
it's like we're on the accelerated friendship path.
