decoloration of independence
this afternoon i drove down to chevy's.
i was meeting joanna and christie there.
i haven't seen them in over a year, we used to go to high school together.
so we met up for drinks and salsa and chips.
while we were there this guy came up to us.
his name was nathan, he was from ucla, he was an rotc member,
and he was really really drunk.
he stood there and chatted with us for about a half an hour.
when he asked us our names he said it would be easy,
he could remember joanna because he had a friend named joanne,
he could remember christie because he had a friend named christine,
and for me, well he'd just have to use his memory.

sorry it's cold
i got back at around 9:30,
a few minutes later, randall showed up.
he was in a really bad mood.
i guess the traffic getting here was really outrageous.
when he got here we had dinner.
my mom had made taro with chicken, salmon and rice.
and then we watched tv and randall was still really grumpy.
i think it annoyed my whole family,
and it sort of annoyed me.
