morning routine
today the paper was where it usually is.
right on the kitchen counter.
so i poured myself a bowl of cereal (macadamia cranberry crunch),
and then read the paper.
then i tried looking for a job,
but couldn't find a place to apply.
where should i apply?

kite eating tree
it was really windy when bao got home,
so we decided to fly kites.
but when we took them out the field,
the wind kept changing direction.
and it was going way too strong.
i tried to reel my kite back in, but it didn't work.
it went straight into the tree.
we tugged and tugged, used a pole that was too short,
and eventually we got it out of the tree.
