what? no candles?
last night i told samshrew to get up and make pancakes for breakfast.
i was mostly joking, but they made them anyway.
since they were early birthday pancakes,
i got to choose the flavor.
i was going to say strawberry,
but bao twisted my arm and i ended up choosing chocolate chip instead.
we also had some bacon, but it was overdone and fell apart.

out of the house
this morning samshrew left at 11am.
she was pretty annoyed at having to leave so early,
but her boyfriend is the driver, and he wanted to leave early.
after she left i sat around playing the sims for a while longer.
then we decided to get out of the house for a bit.
we went to best-buy (where i think they bought me something i don't need),
and then we went to cost-co where we bought a kite.
i can't wait to fly it.
sidenote: i had a pretzel while we were at cost-co
