healthy starts
this morning i woke up and decided to have a salad.
we bought a few "salad in a bags",
and i feel like i'm the only one eating them.
so i make it part of my morning routine.
that or they'll all go bad.
to balance out my healthy start, i decided to have a root beer float.

see, this place is "hep."
day 57
i counted and today marks day 57 of living with my parents (although about 14+ of those weren't
actually spent here). i haven't lived for longer than 10 days since i was 18. on one hand it's
great to have a free place to stay, collect unemployment, and save money, on the other hand, what have i done in 57 days?
i feel like i'm on pause. could someone find the remote and unpause it?

i'm spotting a trend
this afternoon i took my grandmother to get her hair done.
she's the kind of lady who usually gets her hair done every week.
but we don't know where to take her,
so she doesn't go very often when she visits us.
she finally broke down and asked my mom where she should go.
after some debate my mom got her an appointment with her friend karen
meaning i got to take her to the salon.
on our way back grandma wanted to stop for ice cream,
i had some espresso and cream flavored gooey concoction.

just call me badger
after dinner (which i can't remember), i drove downtown.
i had planned on meeting juju and wes at their house before lipstick.
lipstick is this club they go to every tuesday.
and if we get there before ten it's free,
their friend ryan (?) also came along with us.
we also met up with ann, josh, and josh's girlfriend who's name i can't remember,
(although i want to call her jamie, and yet i don't think that's right either.)
afterwards we drove all the way out to mel's diner.
and i remembered my definition of fun.
last weekend i tried to explain what i enjoyed in life, what was fun.
these kids are fun -- just goofing around, driving around, eating grilled cheese and fries.
parties and what not are fun at times, but i prefer this to smooth criminals any day.
