pork chops and applesauce, i mean cabbage
yesterday i decided that i should spend the next few days getting caught up.
but when i woke up i had to help my mom get some paperwork together.
she runs her own business (if you ever need a house in sacramento, let me know)
and is pretty unorganized, so in exchange for free rent, i've become her secretary.
however my dad's the lucky one, he's her on-call mechanic.
last night she had left the key in the ignition and the power to her car on.
so her battery was dead.
apparently this was not the first time this has happened.
so the battery was beyond charging, and several fuses were blown.
she also had a flat tire.
so instead of catching up, i spent the day fixing up.

after helping my dad with my mom's car, it was dinner time.
my mom had cooked a pork roast with cabbage and rice.
it doesn't sound very exciting, but she's an amazing cook.
after dinner i (like most of the nation) got wrapped up in the olympics.
i had some banana muffin/cake/bread and watched the skating.
that took most of my attention and so i pretty much accomplished nothing today.
sidenote: i could give you my opinion of what's happened in the olympics so far,
but i'm no sports commentator and so i'll spare you all.
