lazy bones
the weather was sort of gloomy today.
it really hasn't been this gloomy since england.
in fact, it was really dark out this morning.
so dark, i didn't wake up until 1.
at least, i'm blaming it on the dark.
it's that or fess up to the fact that i've just gotten lazy.
once i got out of bed did exciting things like clean the bathroom and laundry.
and then i had lunch.
leftover chicken fajitas.
exciting.

cellowrapped gifts
at around 3:30, bao called saying he needed a ride home.
(my parents live well out of the walking and/or public transportation ability)
so i went to pick him up, my dad came along too, he wanted to go to the store.
when we got to the school bao kicked me out of the driver's seat and hopped in.
my dad drives this really huge van, and bao just got his permit, and it was raining.
so i was a bit frightened in the back seat.
but we made it to the store to buy valentine cards and candy,
and then made it back home.
once we got there i had leftovers for dinner.
there were only a jillion containers in the fridge, so someone had to eat them.
